All the Resources Companies Need to Grow and Thrive on the World Stage

Exceptional Local Human Resources:
The team you need is here

With 125,000 economically active residents living within a 25-kilometer radius of Naco, Honduras, and recruitment services available to help identify the right skill fit, Green Valley Advanced Manufacturing Hub offers clients seamless access to a large, skilled, competitive bilingual workforce. Green Valley also boasts the lowest employee turnover in the region at less than 1% annually.

Regional transportation hubs

SEA
Green Valley Advanced Manufacturing Hub is located just two hours from Puerto Cortés, Central America’s largest seaport, its only deepwater seaport, and the only port in Latin America that qualifies for both U.S. government port security initiatives: NNSA’s Megaports Initiative and the Container Security Initiative (CSI). As one of the region’s best equipped seaports, Puerto Cortés offers competitive shipping costs to the U.S.

ROAD
Thanks to a public-private partnership, the regional road infrastructure is scheduled to be upgraded with a 106-km, four-lane highway connecting San Pedro Sula to Naco, Cortes.

The National Investment Promotion Program

Under the National Investment Promotion Program, Honduras has implemented a new legal and institutional framework to attract and protect foreign and domestic investments. Government agencies have strengthened the enforcement of laws and regulations, increasing the rate of compliance, and have improved the processes and requirements that protect domestic as well as foreign investments.

Economically Advantageous:
In a free trade zone

Green Valley Advanced Manufacturing Hub is located in one of Honduras’ free trade zones. This designation entitles companies that are located here to enjoy the financial benefits of certain tax exemptions.
